Meet the Owner/Clinical Director
I am a licensed trauma psychotherapist with 20 years of experience in the mental health field. Holding an MS in Mental Health Counseling and an MSW from Capella University, I am licensed to practice in DC (LICSW), MD (LCSW-C), VA (LCSW), and OH (LISW).
I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, mood disorders, and life transitions, with a focus on marginalized populations, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent individuals. My approach is eclectic, integrating trauma-informed modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to provide client-centered care.

In addition to therapy, I offer life coaching and professional development consultation for mental health students and professionals. My goal is to create a safe, affirming space where clients can heal, build resilience, and move toward personal growth and empowerment.
